Anode Supported Cells (ASC)

Hylan offers a State of art Solid oxide ASC cells and Solid oxide ASC Substrates. ASC are Anode supported cells where the Anode becomes the main substrate which supports the electrolyte and cathode layer screen printed onto it.
Our cells which are mainly NiO based have excellent catalytic activity, electrical conductivity, and stability at high temperatures. We can provide any customization in designs and dimensions ranging from 50*50 and 100*100.

Electrolyte Supported Cell (ESC)

Hylan offers the same Solid oxide cells in another variant as ESC. ESC is Electrolyte Supported Cells where the Electrolyte becomes the supporting substate which separates the anode and cathode materials which are screen printed onto it. Our ESC cells are Zirconia based and offers very high mechanical strength, allowing operation at high temperatures (800–1000°C).
They have a thicker electrolyte, which enhances durability and gas tightness, but results in higher ohmic resistance compared to Anode- or Cathode-Supported Cells. ESC's are ideal for long-term stability in high-temperature electrolysis applications. We can provide any customization in designs and dimensions ranging from 50*50 and 100*100.

Stack Assembly

Hylan have come up with innovative stack designs. We can offer both internal and external manifold stack design as per the customer request. Our stack comes with a suitable sealant to block the leakages and provide stack size of 1KW each currently.

Solid Oxide Fuel cell

We can offer a highly efficient solid oxide fuel cell starting from the size of 1 KW ranging upto MW. Our Fuel cells can be reversible too based on the requirement of the customer.
